Something not working? Send a ticket and it goes straight to the HuddleWatch team. Include the league or draft room it happened in and we can usually find it from there.
Before you send
- Connector not detected. In Chrome, open chrome://extensions, make sure HuddleWatch Connector is on with no errors, click Reload on it, then reload the HuddleWatch page. In Firefox, a temporary add-on disappears when Firefox closes; load it again from about:debugging.
- Draft room not linked. Open the draft room in this same browser, then refresh the DraftAid Connect page.
- League missing. Past-season leagues do not appear. For Yahoo, open the league at football.fantasysports.yahoo.com with the connector loaded.
