Refunds and cancellation
Last updated October 10, 2026
The short version. Try the full optimizer free for 7 days, with no card required. The Early Access Pass ($4.99, one payment, access through June 30, 2028, no renewal) has an 8-day money-back window: for 8 days (192 hours) after you pay, you can refund it yourself in Plan & billing, with no need to contact us. After 8 days there are no refunds, except for a duplicate or mistaken charge or where the law requires one.
The free trial
Every new account gets 7 days of the full optimizer free, starting at signup. No card is required and the trial alone does not create a paid subscription. If you do not purchase a plan, your account stays open with its free features when the trial ends. DraftAid Connect requires a paid plan.
The Early Access Pass: 8-day money-back
The Early Access Pass is one payment of $4.99. It is on sale through July 31, 2027. Every Early Access Pass gives access through June 30, 2028, whenever it is bought, and it never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
You can refund the pass in full within 8 days (192 hours) after your successful payment. The clock starts when your payment succeeds, as recorded by Stripe or PayPal, not when you sign up or begin the free trial. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to contact us: the refund is made by you, in Plan & billing.
The refund is the full amount, returned through Stripe or PayPal to your original payment method. Your Early Access Pass and every paid feature end the moment the refund is accepted; your account, your leagues and the free features stay.
The money-back is for purchases. An Early Access Pass that came from an Early Access code was not paid for, so there is nothing to refund and Plan & billing shows no refund control for it.
One self-serve refund per account. If you refund a pass and later buy another, that purchase cannot be refunded in Plan & billing.
After 8 days the pass is not refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time. This does not limit a refund the law requires, or the correction of a duplicate, mistaken or unauthorized charge: see below.
How to refund your purchase yourself
- Sign in and open Plan & billing.
- On your Early Access Pass, or on its payment under Payment history, choose Refund this purchase. The page shows your deadline beside it: "Refund available until", with the date and time.
- Read the confirmation and confirm. It states the amount, that paid access ends immediately, and that the refund cannot be undone.
The page then shows the result. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days; PayPal usually returns the money to your PayPal balance within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer decides the exact timing.
If the refund does not go through, nothing changes: your pass stays active, and you can try again or contact us. Once the window has passed, the page shows "The 8-day refund window ended on", with the date, in place of the button.
Duplicate or mistaken charges, and anything the law requires
If you were charged twice, charged in error, or did not authorize a charge, contact us at any time: open a support ticket or email [email protected] with your account email and the approximate payment date. We correct those charges, and we issue any refund that applicable law requires, whether or not the 8-day window has passed. We normally reply within one business day.
If a serious service problem prevents you from using HuddleWatch, contact us. We review those cases individually and may provide a refund or credit.
Regular plans, cancellation and renewals
Regular plans are planned to start August 1, 2027. Their planned prices are shown with our pricing and may change before then. The price shown to you at purchase is the one that applies.
For a purchase at a regular price, your first successful payment has an 8-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 8 days (192 hours) of that payment through Support, no reason required. Our team verifies the payment and eligibility and processes those refunds manually. That guarantee is available once per customer and does not cover renewals or later payments.
A subscription renews until it is canceled. Cancel renewal through Plan & billing before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation keeps your access through the period already paid for and does not itself refund a payment. Prices and billing terms are always shown before checkout.
Approved refunds return through Stripe or PayPal to the original payment method. Refunding a payment ends the paid access supplied by that payment; your free features remain available.
